    Hi Aasif Mansuri, slidegpt deducted INR 5000 on account of subscription however it has not been able to provide any service to me. I’m unable to create any slide or use any feature and it this is highly frustrating. What is more disappointing is the lack of responsiveness from your team when I escalated this matter to your yahoomail id. I have shared screenshots of the errors in my email. Let me know if you can fix the issue otherwise please refund my hard earned money. If I dont get a response then I will deem this a scam and will report on all social media platforms until I get a resolution.
